Introduction
Software is an important windows to provide a variety of complex instrument control and data processing for nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectrometer. Scripting system should offer an open environment to implement powerful and flexible functionality for NMR users. Here, a novel NMR scripting system named “SpinSPJ” is introduced. The scripting language can support both Java based customized instrument control, data processing, and original CPython based libraries. Compared with the scripting system provided by traditional NMR software, SpinSPJ is easier for NMR researchers to develop complex functionality such as automatic shimming, data processing, and machine learning. In addition, third-party programs developed by CPython can be easily integrated into SpinSPJ.
